Therapy
I offer three kinds of therapy:
Individual
Therapy for couples
Family therapy.
In individual therapy, I help you understand the self, guide you to make changes in areas of your life that no longer serve you, and give you the tools you need to process everyday experiences. The aim of family and couple’s therapy is to improve communication between you and your loved ones and to give you the tools to work through challenges.
